Booking an appointment:
• All services require a 25% deposit.
• Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
• All deposits / payments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to appointment

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required for all services. If 24 hours notice is not given, a charge of 25% of the services booked (equal to your deposit) will be retained as a penalty. I know emergencies come up so please be honest in explaining your situation and we can work it out.
